The apartment unfolds across three levels, each with its own soul:

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining space, a comfortable sofa bed, and a full bathroom.

The upper floor features a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom, designed to ensure both privacy and comfort.

From the living room, you can access a charming basement room with original red brick vaulted ceilings—a unique and cosy space set up as a relaxation area, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a casual game of foosball, complete with soft seating and a laid-back atmosphere.

Thanks to its thick historic walls, the house stays naturally cool and quiet throughout the warmer months. Ceiling fans are also available in the living room and the main bedroom for added comfort. The terracotta floors add warmth and authenticity to the overall atmosphere.
